The overall purpose of the role:
This role has a country focus and ensures compliance to DRC procedures and guidelines within the country. The role contributes to the development of Supply Chai department, which are translated into action plans and day-to-day tasks. The role provides support and/or tracking of assigned activities with in supply chain unit with close support from the SC Manager.
Support and administration
- Assist the SC unit in their day to day operations
- Ensure the necessary document are filled in soft copy as well as hard copy
- Assist the procurement officer in collecting quotations from different vendors and make sure its ready for the committees
- Support the procurement Officer in collecting data for market survey as well as framework agreement establishments
- Receive, prepare and submit to the Supply Chain Officer for review all Invoices and Procurement documents fully compliant with the DRC procedures and regulations, before processing payment.
- Maintain an up to date tracking tool for all orders shipped to the field
- Preparing and submitting accurate Monthly Asset reports for review by the Supply Chain Officer by the 2nd of every month.
- Proactively providing feedback and updates to requesters on their requests within 48hrs.
- Perform any duty assigned by immediate supervisor.

Experience and technical competencies:
- Is enrolled at a university for a relevant education, with a minimum of two years of higher education completed, or have graduated from a university maximum 2 years ago
- Communication & Coordination: Ability to convey information clearly and manage tasks effectively
- Computer Skills: Good general computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Education:
Diploma or BA in Business Management , SC Management or other relevant business fields
What we offer
