Funded by ECHO, the Diaspora Emergency Action and Coordination (DEMAC) project is implemented by Danish Refugee Council, AFFORD-UK, and the Berghof Foundation to improve diaspora emergency response capacity and coordination with the humanitarian system.

The main objective of the DEMAC project is to explore current intervention methods and organisational capacities of diaspora organisations as providers of humanitarian aid, and improve coordination mechanisms between diasporas and humanitarian systems.

If you would like to know more about DEMAC, please visit the official DEMAC website.
