Funding Overview

The DRC Stand-by Roster’s primary sources of funding are the Danish government through Danida and the British government through DFID.

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) Stand-by Roster receives resources for activities through a range of tasks conducted for United Nations agencies and through direct funding from the Danish development agency Danida and the UK Department for International Development (DFID). Deployments through the External deployment Scheme are funded by the requesting UN agency.


Danish Government Support

The DRC Stand-by Roster is primarily funded by the Danish government through the Danish Foreign Ministry’s development agency, Danida.


UK Government Support

In addition to Danida funding, the DRC Stand-by Member Roster receives funding from the British Government through the Department for International Development (DFID).
