DRC is headed by a Board of Directors consisting of one Chair and 10 members. Six members are elected by the Council, one member is a staff representative elected by DRC staff, three members are external representatives and one is observer from our youth organisation in Denmark, DFUNK. - Vagn Berthelsen, member of Audit Committee, nominated by OXFAM
- Tarek Kelani, Observer from DFUNK
Neither the chairperson nor the members are remunerated.
