Consultancy for developing a package to support operationalization of localisation in DRC’s country operations

To strengthen the operationalization of DRC’s ambition to localise the humanitarian response, DRC is commissioning the first phase of a consultancy to support country operations identify and operationalize ambitions for localisation that are: i) founded in the local context and organizational reality, ii) clearly defined and broken down into workable targets. This will be done by i) developing a package to support DRC’s Country Operations (CO) identify a localisation strategy, and ii) developing and piloting a roadmap framework to inform and support operationalization of the identified strategic ambitions. The consultancy includes the development of the strategy package and roadmap framework, and the testing of both in two model countries.
