The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) through the DEMAC initiative is seeking a consultant to conduct a Real-Time Review (RTR) of the Congolese diaspora’s humanitarian and recovery response in North and South Kivu, DRC. This consultancy will document and analyze the scope, effectiveness, and challenges of diaspora-led interventions amid ongoing crises in the region. The consultant will assess coordination mechanisms, identify gaps, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance collaboration between diaspora groups and local humanitarian actors. The assignment, spanning 33 working days and concluding by 1 July 2025, includes deliverables such as an inception report, mapping of diaspora actors, preliminary findings, a comprehensive RTR report, an executive brief, and an online presentation of the findings.
