Construction and rehabilitation of boreholes and water canal

Danish Refugee Council (DRC) Kenya Program has received grants from BORESHA IV donor for the implementation of the humanitarian aid activities for communities in the borderland areas between Kenya-Ethiopia and Somalia. To enhance community resilience, DRC wishes to expand water canals in four farms along the river at Bp1, Aresa and Girisa locations. The canals will be extended by 2000 metres in total to help farmers with irrigation for farms.
