The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) in representation in Ukraine is looking for qualified suppliers with strong position on the market to conclude a long term agreement for supply of shelter repairs for private apartments, houses and infrastructure facilities on the territory of Ukraine. A detialid bid submission guidance, bill of quantities and technical requirements can be found in the ITB Letter and BoQ (Annex A.3) enlcosed to htis publication.

Changelog
DRC Ukraine is publishing the Q&A form which was compiled based on the log of questions received during ongoing solicitation period. The abovementioned form is enclosed to this update of publication.
Based on technical pre-bid meeting took place 17 May 2024, DRC Ukraine has applied minor corrections in the solicitiation documents. The detailed descrition of changes is outlined in the Changelog annex which is enclosed to this update. In addition, for a sake of having a fair competition, DRC Ukraine is extending the soliciation period till 3rd of June 2024. The solicitation package was updated respectively to the above, and re-attached to this publication.
Due to a numerous requests received from the local Ukrainian market representatives, DRC Ukraine is publishing a UA translation of ITB letter. The document is published for the convenience purpose and English version remains prevailing.
