If so, you might be one of our new HR Specialists, who will support the effective use, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of HR systems and data across our global operations. We are recruiting for two positions. For at least one of these roles, fluent proficiency in French is required.
About the job
You will be part of the HR Operations & Analytics team and support Country Offices in ensuring consistent application of HR processes and standards through effective use of Microsoft Dynamics 365, our integrated ERP system. The role focuses on strengthening HR data quality, supporting system users, and contributing to the development and improvement of HR system workflows and reporting processes across operations.
Your main responsibilities will include:

Support Country Offices with troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365

Monitor and follow up on HR data quality together with country HR teams and support corrective actions where needed

Support HR Partners and HR Coordinators with HR data, statistics, and reporting

Contribute to testing and refinement of HR processes and workflows within Microsoft Dynamics 365, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Provide input to improvements supporting digitalisation and data reliability within HR systems

Collaborate with Country Offices to ensure structured follow-up on data discrepancies

Organize and conduct trainings for HR staff on relevant Dynamics modules when needed

Support onboarding of new HR staff regarding DRC systems and tools
About you
To be successful in this role we expect you to have strong experience working with HR systems and data, combined with a structured and service-oriented approach to supporting colleagues across multiple locations. You are comfortable working with reporting tools and contributing to process improvements in a global HR environment.

Required

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role

Hands-on experience working with HRIS platforms (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar)

Strong skills in HR data analysis and reporting using excel and/or Power BI
-
Experience supporting HR data quality monitoring and process compliance

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, International Development, Public Administration or similar field

Fluency in English
Desirable

Experience working with Power BI or similar reporting tools

Experience participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system improvement initiatives

Experience documenting HR processes and supporting workflow optimization

Experience training HR staff on systems and tools

Fluent working proficiency in French and/or Spanish, Arabic

We offer
Contract length: fixed term employment one year, renewable.
DRC Band: non-management band G
Work location: Any DRC office may be considered as the work location, but it will be contingent upon the applicant’s right to work in that country as well as further discussions. Note that DRC does not cover relocation fees.
Start date: As soon as possible, when the right candidate has been found.
