Consultant for a webscraping solution to capture data on tensions in Central Sahel

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from DG ECHO for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation entitled WACAFI 2. Part of this operation is the consultancy services for writing a script for web-scraping. Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit your proposal. Please be guided by this RFP and the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) Annex G
Your proposal must be expressed in french or in english and valid for a minimum period of 60 days.
