Framework Contract – Support on Proposal Development and Review

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) seeks proposals from a consultant to several companies to sign a framework contract for 2 years to provide experts on demand who will be contracted for short term assignments related to proposal writing and/or proposal review. Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit your proposal. Please be guided by this RFP and the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) Annex F.
Your proposal must be expressed in English or French and valid for a minimum period of 30 days.
