Consultancy H2H for Anticipatory Action

The Humanitarian to Humanitarian network is looking for a consultant or consultancy company to collaborate with the H2H network team to determine and give advice on how the H2H actors can contribute to already existing frameworks in relation to this subject. Additionaly the consultant will have to create new complementary models and tools.
