Consultancy for BHA Project Evaluation

Humanitarian to Humanitarian Network is looking for a consultant or consultancy company to perform an evaluation with the aim to measure changes in outcomes that can be attributed with certainty to specific intervention, program or policy. The scope of the evaluation includes all the objectives and activities under the BHA- funded project "H2H Network-Driving action in the humanitarian system.
