Provision of IT Accessories, licenses and hardware

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is seeking qualified supplier(s) to enter into Purchase Agreement(s) for the provision of IT Accessories, Licenses & Hardware supply to support DRC operations within Denmark.

The scope of this Invitation to Bid (IT) is divided into 2 (two) separate Lots, based on Annex A - Terms of Reference (ToR), found among the Solicitation documents:
• Lot 1: IT Accessories
• Lot 2: Software Licenses and Hardware

Bidders may submit a proposal for Lot 1 and/or Lot 2, depending on their technical capacity and service coverage.
You are hereby invited to submit your proposal in accordance with this ITB and the requested Annexes, found further down.

Your proposal must be in English with a validity period of 60 calendar days from ITB closing date and time.
