RESILIENCE PROGRAMME REVIEW

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) seeks proposals from a senior consultant with at least 5 years’ experience in leading participatory research and a strong understanding of programming for resilience outcomes in displacement/conflict affected contexts to conduct a global resilience programme review. The consultant will draw learning from DRC programming and global good practice to put forward recommendations for DRC to develop and strengthen its niche and quality programming in this area, and will also develop minimum 3 model programme concept notes based on identified expertise, opportunities and niche.
