Defining the Hard to Reach

Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is seeking a consultant to support the organization to improve protection of the hard to reach, a global initiative to further gain access to, and program for, hard to reach populations in DRC operations globally. This will require someone who demonstrates significant experience working in complex contexts, with the ability to design practical assessments that can inform programming.
