Consultancy for undertaking a Real-time-review of the Somali diaspora response to localized crises affecting hard-to-reach populations Somalia.

DEMAC, an initiative hosted by Danish Refugee Council (DRC), is seeking a consultant to conduct a real-time review and mapping of the Somalia diaspora humanitarian response to crises in hard-to-reach areas of Somalia. The aim is to provide a rapid overview of diasporas` responses to crises and present the findings together with recommendations in a report and snapshot format. The real-time review will be used to support the operational work of DEMAC, diaspora, local, and institutional humanitarian actors.
