Development of excel based tool for cost allocation of shared costs to donor projects

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) HQ Finance department is seeking the services of consultants for the development of excel based tool for allocating shared costs to donor funded projects.
Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit your proposal as per the Annex A - Terms of Reference (TOR) found under the Full Tender package.
