Mapping of African Union –INGO Influencing Opportunities
Reference: DKHQ_RFP_PR_00401155
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) works in East and Western Africa as well as in the Great Lakes Region and through its influencing work seeks to influence international and regional responses in humanitarian emergencies and protracted crises; impact humanitarian and development funding decisions, and advance rights-based policies relating to forced displacement and refugee rights. As crises across the continent become increasingly protracted and complex, engagement with continental governance bodies such as the African Union (AU) is critical to shaping sustainable and locally anchored humanitarian and development outcomes. DRC is looking for a consultant to map and analyse potential humanitarian influencing opportunities within the African Union. The consultant will analyse existing INGO engagement with the AU, identify opportunities for DRC and provide recommended strategic engagement pathways. The total project time is for 8 weeks and is to be undertaken remotely.
DRC HQ therefore kindly invite all eligible & qualified consultancy service providers to participate & respond to the tender by submission of proposals. All further details, specification & requirements are included in the tender dossier.
