Financial Service Provider (FSP) to implement Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA)

DRC is providing support to displacement-affected communities in Cox's Bazar and Ukhiya sub-district Refugee Camps and in the host communities of Ukhiya sub-district in order to provide an integrated programme in Camp Coordination and Camp Management, Economic Recovery, Protection and Disaster Responses.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) process is the first stage of a multi-stage process. DRC intends to distribute cash and/or vouchers up to a value of BDT 29,460,000.00 to beneficiaries through one or more FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS (FSPs) to implement Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA). CVA refers to all programmes where cash transfers or vouchers for goods or services are directly provided to recipients. The FSPs passing the evaluation of the EOI will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP).
