Financial Service Provider FSP

DRC is providing support to displacement-affected communities in Syria, in order to enhance resilience through community-based protection and socio-economic self-reliance support.

This Expression of Interest (EOI) process is the first stage of a multi-stage process. DRC intends to distribute cash and/or vouchers in 2026 and 2027 to our beneficiaries through one or more FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDERS (FSPs) to implement Cash and Voucher Assistance (CVA). The FSPs passing the evaluation of the EOI will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP).

DRC invites qualified FSPs to submit their EOI in respect of one or more of the required options before the deadline as stipulated EOI documents.
