Expression of Interest: Provision of Cash Distribution Services in Ukraine

Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine is launching the Expression of Interest (EOI) to collect the market infomation about financial service providers who can provide qualified cash distribution and e-voucher services across the territory of Ukraine. Business representatives who will pass the qualification during this EOI will be further invited for participation in solicitation process for establishing a long term agreement for provision of CVA services. Detailed application guidance and EOI Application Forms (for applicable delivery options) are enclosed to this publication.

Based on numerous requests from market representatives, DRC Ukraine is extending the time for collecting applications for 'Expression of Interest: Cash dsitribution services (various modalities)'. Interested qualified suppliers can find the guidance and application forms enclosed to this publication. In additional to the mentioend above, the Ukrainan translation of abovementioned EOI is now available for download. This translation is provided for convenience of local suppliers on the territory of Ukraine. English version remains prevailing towards any potential interpretation of EOI conditions.
