EOI/LEB/26/02 - Financial Service Provider / Cash Transfers

DRC is providing support to displacement-affected communities across Lebanon (Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and the North) to have enhanced resilience through community-based protection and socio-economic self-reliance support. 

This Expression of Interest (EOI) process is the first stage of a multi-stage process. DRC intends to distribute cash and/or vouchers up to a value between 600,000 to USD 1,000,000 per year in both USD and LBP currencies (whereas the amount is subjected to change in the future) to our beneficiaries through one or more financial service providers (FSPs) to implement a Cash & Voucher Assistance (CVA). CVA refers to all programmes where cash transfers or vouchers for goods or services are directly provided to recipients. The FSPs passing the evaluation of the EOI will be invited to participate in a Request for Proposal (RFP).
