Consultancy for Coaching Skills Curriculum Development & Coaching Guide for DRC Staff

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is seeking an experienced consultant or consultancy team to develop and pilot a coaching skills training curriculum for DRC staff working in partnership with local civil society organizations, and to produce a short practical guide to coaching for ongoing staff use. As DRC deepens its commitment to locally led humanitarian response, this consultancy will equip staff with the mindsets, tools, and skills that enable providing quality accompaniment. We are looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in training curriculum design, focused on fostering coaching skills
• A strong grounding in coaching approaches and methodology — ICF accreditation or equivalent is highly desirable
• Experience working with or providing consultancy services for humanitarian INGOs similar to DRC
