Consultancy services for Strengthening Innovation Learning and Impact in DRC

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) seeks proposals from a consultant or consultancy team to help strengthen innovation learning, evidence generation, and impact measurement across its innovation portfolio, with particular focus on the DRC Innovation Fund. The assignment will support DRC in developing a more coordinated and practical approach to generating and using learning and evidence that informs decision-making, strengthens innovation performance, and supports the transition of promising initiatives towards replication and scale. DRC is looking for actionable, user-friendly, and fit-for-purpose approaches that can enhance both project-level learning and portfolio-level impact.
