Multi-Country Learning Review

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) invites bidders to take part in the tender process for a multi-country learning review of selected emergency responses implemented in 2025–2026. The review focuses on two themes: (1) how DRC works with local actors in emergency response; and (2) learning from the emergency responses themselves — specifically, what flexible funding enabled and any challenges that arose, and a small number of priority operational learning questions identified by Country Offices and DRC’s HQ Emergency Unit.

DRC HQ therefore kindly invite all eligible & qualified consultancy service providers to participate & respond to the tender by submission of proposals. All further details, specification & requirements are included in the tender dossier.
