2 year framework agreement for provision of Hygiene Kits (HK) for DRC Sudan Khartoum, South Kordofan, Darfur & Gadaref

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received grants from several donors for the implementation of humanitarian aid operations. Part of this operation is the Supply & Delivery of Hygiene Kit (HK). These are items provided to households who have been displaced from their homes and may therefore be needed at short notice in various locations. DRC are therefore seeking to establish fixed price Framework Agreements that would allow the items to be purchased quickly on an ‘as-needed’ basis. It is expected the items may be required in any of DRC Sudan’s operational areas of Khartoum, South Kordofan, Darfur and Gedaref over a 2-year period. The tender has been divided into four lots:

Lot 01. Khartoum office

Lot 02. South Kordofan office

Lot 03. Gedaref office

Lot 04. Darfur office

 Therefore, DRC requests you to submit price bid(s) for the supply of the item(s) listed on the attached DRC Bid Form Annex A. Please note that each LOT is independent from one another and has its own independent Annex A.1 – Bid Form (Technical) and Annex A.2 – Bid Form (Financial). Bidders interested in submitting a bid for more than one LOT should fully complete Annex A.1 – Bid Form (Technical) and Annex A.1 – Bid Form (Financial) for each LOT separately.
