Providing IT equipment to DRC office

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant from various donors for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation entitled DRC Syria. Part of this operation is providing IT equipment. Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit price bid(s) for the supply of the item(s) listed on the attached DRC Bid Form Annex A.

Bids shall be valid for at least 90 calendar days.

• Deadline Extension: The deadline for receiving offers has been extended from October 15, 2026, at 13:30 PM UTC (04:30 PM Syria Time) to October 20, 2026, at 13:30 PM UTC (04:30 PM Syria Time).

• Lot 1 Bill of Quantities (BoQs): Corrected quantity discrepancies between the bid forms and the invitation letter for Lot 1 in the Excel BoQs.

• Laptop Charger Reclassification (Creation of Lot 8): Separated specific laptop chargers and connectors previously listed under Appendix C (Item 24) into a brand new, dedicated category designated as Lot 8. General laptop chargers remain under their original placement (Item 16).

• Toner Breakdown: Updated Annex A.1.6 and Annex A.2.6 to feature individual breakdowns and dedicated quantities for each toner item.

• Revised Documentation: Reissued updated technical and financial bid forms reflecting the creation of Lot 8 and the adjusted BoQs.
