• 24/7 Dedicated Travel Support: Skilled agents should be readily available and must provide assistance in English, with proficiency in French highly desired to support both our Anglophone and Francophone Country Operations
• Streamlined Billing and Invoicing: Monthly, itemized invoicing to DRC HQ and country offices for easy payment processing.
