Consultancy Service for Thematic evaluation of DRC’s work in strategic framework agreements

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is seeking the services of capable consultants (individuals or teams) to carry out a thematic evaluation of DRC’s work in strategic framework agreements. Focusing on two strategic framework agreements with donors, the evaluation is expected to provide DRC with impartial evidence of how strategically DRC has used the funds from each partnership, with an added comparative dimension between the two. As a thematic evaluation, with 3 country and 3 global case studies it is intended to be formative while ensuring that it sums up in sufficient detail relevant results of included case studies.
