Consultancy for H2H Fund Assessment

H2H is looking for a consultant/consultancy firm to assess, articulate, and compile evidence about the H2H Fund's successes, impact, challenges, and opportunities, as well as to analyse how humanitarian funding is evolving, identify how the H2H Fund fits into this financing architecture, what its added value is, and where it should be further developed.

DRC Geneva therefore kindly invites all qualified and eligible consultancy service providers to participate and respond to the RFP by submission of proposals.

Please be guided by the RFP and the attached Terms of Reference TOR- Annex L.
