Professional Services for Certificate on the Financial Statement (CFS) for Project Close Out

The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) has received a grant funded by the European Union (EU), represented by the European Commission, for the implementation of the humanitarian aid operation in Thailand. Part of this operation is the professional service of Certificate on the Financial Statement (CFS) with Agreed-Upon Procedures (AUPs) for project close out - Protecting Refugees in Asia, Phase IV. Therefore, the DRC requests you to submit your proposal. Please be guided by this RFP and the attached Terms of Reference (TOR) Annex F.
