To support DRC in Afghanistan and its projects, DRC is procuring large amounts of fuel and is looking for a supplier under a Purchase Agreement (PA). DRC Afghanistan plans to enter into a Purchase Agreement for one year with the option to renew for another six months, depending on the supplier(s)' performance
