Executive summary

The Help Line Service receives and processes requests for information through phone calls and Telegram with an automated messages modality, which ensures vital information is available 24/7.

In addition, the DRC team provides individualised support with more specific questions/queries wherever possible, identifies protection concerns and makes the appropriate referrals, including for legal aid and cases with specific inquires related to specialized services (child protection, GBV inquires). The DRC protection team also stands by ready to support with case management upon capacity, and collects vital information based on the incoming requests to understand people’s needs, priorities, and capacities.
