Together towards a safe childhood.

Children in Lebanon face challenges as a result of the ongoing conflict since 2023 and the economic crisis. Some are unable to access education, are engaged in child labour or experience mental health and wellbeing issues driven by their experience of the conflict and displacement. With the support of the European Union, DRC's partner, Mouvement Social, has been delivering child protection activities in north Lebanon. Mouvement Social brings children, parents, and caregivers together through awareness, creative, and recreational activities to promote child protection, positive parenting, and safe, supportive families, and providing case management for children needing additional support.
